The new challenge just went live over at Candy Shoppe Designs, and boy is it a fun one inspired by the famous saying "April showers bring May flowers"! And with that you are being asked to incorporate rain/tear drops into your paper creation in any way you choose.
I loved the idea of the theme for this challenge and wanted to incorporate it the best I could. So for the background I created a rain effect inspired by what rain looks like when it falls onto a window...so much fun! I will be doing a quick tutorial on this background effect very soon!
Pain is a journey. You have your ups and downs and can only pray that you find yourself somewhere in the middle. A place that is tolerable. No amount of medication will ever allow me to feel normal again. So I just do it one day at a time and do the best I can.
You have until 1 May to get your 'It's raining, it's pouring' paper creation linked to the site. We would love to have you come on over and join us and show us your waterworks! Don't forget that Scarlet Lime is our Sponsor this month. You must be in it to win it ;) And trust me, this kit is beautiful!!
This layout is wicked awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing LO! Can't wait to see the tutorial on the background. Love the large alphas and the photo effects! Touching journaling, as always. You are wise far beyond your years. :) Sorry to realize that there is still much pain. I knew from something you posted last year, that you had gone through a hard time. I thought it was over. So sorry to hear that it is still present. You are so strong. {hugs} Jen :)
